You agree not to hold BacklinksMatters liable for fluctuations, ranking drops, algorithm updates, or third-party actions.
To help us deliver services effectively, you agree to:

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.

Uptime

Virus-free usage
All SEO results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacklinksMatters is not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Website ranking drops
Algorithm updates
Third-party site removal or rejection
Service delays
Data loss
Errors or inaccuracies
If liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BacklinksMatters, its team, officers, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights

Upon termination, access to your dashboard may immediately stop.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and BacklinksMatters.
You consent to receive emails, alerts, invoices, service notices, and updates electronically.
